American Aminos & Peptides – Affiliate Partnership Agreement

This Agreement is between you (“Affiliate”) and American Aminos & Peptides. We are committed to transparency, consistency, and long-term trust, and expect the same in return.

1. Our Commitment
We provide transparent communication, fair pricing, reliable shipping, quality-controlled products, and timely commission payouts. Affiliates must represent the brand with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. When you grow, we grow.

2. Entry Level Affiliate Requirements
Affiliates must have at least 1,000 social media followers, promote products a minimum of 2x per week, and be knowledgeable in research peptides, including proper reconstitution, understanding the differences between mg, mL, and mcg, and accurately answering questions to the best of their ability.
Individuals with fewer than 1,000 followers may participate at a 10% commission rate until they reach 1,000 followers and generate at least 5 sales within a 30-day period, at which point they become eligible for commission increases.

3. Commission & Payments
(a) All affiliates start at a 10% introductory base commission “Entry Level Affiliates”.  Entry level affiliates may not use their own coupon codes for personal orders! If you are caught doing this even once, you will be banned from the affiliate program! Entry level affiliates are not entitled to recieve any discounts simply because they are in the affiliate program.

(b) If all affiliate requirements are achieved and at least 30 sales totalling at least $5,000 total ($167 per order avg) are made within a calendar month, affiliate will be upgraded to the “Next level” affiliate group earning 15% moving forward.

(c) Once affiliate hits 60 sales totalling at least $10,000 total ($167 per order avg) average monthly, they will be moved into the elite sales group and will begin earning 20% commission and will be eligible to then have sub-affiliates that will also add a small commission from their sales.

*Affiliates who agree to be exclusive to AAP who are in the Elite sales group will also be entitled to recieve $200 monthly store credit.

All affiliates will recieve a 10% off discount code to share with customers. Affiliates are allowed to use this discount code on personal orders so long as the affiliate has acheived the requirements in section 2. Basic Affiliate Requirements. If affiliates are caught using their code before that point, their affiliate account could be terminated without warning.

4. Bonuses
Affiliates in the “Next Level” and Elite Sales” groups are eligible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance bonuses based on Net Sales. Rankings reset each period and bonuses are paid with commissions, with potential increases during promotions.

5. Marketing & Brand Standards
Affiliates must avoid unapproved medical claims, follow FTC disclosure guidelines, use honest, non-misleading advertising, and maintain respectful communication. Spam, deceptive practices, or pricing manipulation may result in termination.

6. Confidentiality
Affiliates may not disclose confidential information, including pricing, sourcing, vendor relationships, internal strategies, or upcoming releases.

7. Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors and responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Compliance & Product Integrity
To protect consumer safety and uphold brand standards, Affiliates agree not to promote, sell, or otherwise associate with grey market peptide products that are not sourced from U.S.-based vendors operating with verifiable quality controls. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in group buys, direct sourcing from international suppliers, or promotion of products lacking independent third-party testing and valid Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Affiliates found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to immediate termination at the sole discretion of the Company.

9. Term & Termination
This Agreement is month-to-month and may be terminated at any time. Immediate termination may occur for fraud, misrepresentation, legal violations, brand damage, breach of confidentiality, or violation of compliance standards. Earned commissions will be paid unless termination is due to misconduct.
